The 48-needle knitting machine is only suitable for 1.5mm-4.5mm yarn. Thicker yarn may cause the machine to jam and be unable to turn, while finer yarn may result in dropped stitches that a crochet hook cannot pick up. Be very careful not to drop any stitches in the first three to four turns, as these initial laps form the foundation for success.

Avoid turning the handle too fast, as this can easily lead to dropped stitches. If the hand crank is stuck, try turning it without yarn first. If it's still stuck, the gear may be worn out and need replacement. If the hand crank is functioning normally but gets stuck in a certain spot, the problem may lie in the incorrect mode of loop weaving or plain weaving, and we recommend trying to adjust to the T gear.
